岗位信息

1、 渠道管理和产品发展部的高级经理,(成品的采购和品类管理),负责部门各类品牌的运作管理,达成部门销售/利润/库存等各项指标。
2、 汇报给部门总监,下面有6个子部门,分别是护肤、个护、季节品、彩妆、香水等等。
3、 一定要零售行业经验,最好是化妆品行业经验,或是零售chain store 管理经验,包括护肤、彩妆、香水等都可以。
4、 不背销售指标。但是一定要有drive sales的sense。
5、 英语读写要好一点,不一定要口语特别好。

职位概要:
负责部门各类品牌的运作管理,达成部门销售/利润/库存等各项指标。
工作内容:
1. To achieve sales growth leveraging with different brands management
2. Manage key brand/product portfolio.
3. Lead & motivate cross functional team in New Product Launch.
4. Have deep understanding on beauty including skincare market and trend, target consumer needs and behavior.
5. Data Analysis and propose different scenarios where business needs and lead the execution.
6. Streamline CMPD work flow to achieve operational excellence.
7. Occasional travel overseas is required.
任职资格:
Qualifications:
1. University graduate with over 8 years managerial experience in Brand development of beauty sector
2. Team player, multi-tasking, good time management with the ability to deliver high quality work within tight schedule
3. Strategic thinker with demonstrated experience in market and trend analysis, product development and brand building
4. Excellent communication in both English and Chinese
5. Category management experience is a plus
