Mission & Job Duties:
Mission & Main Tasks
1. Produce effective marketing strategies, plan and implement marketing campaigns on basis of strategies to ensure successful launch of products
2. Develop creative ideas constantly in view of the preferences of the target audience, categorize and manage content materials on a graded basis, and always keep consistency between online and offline communications
3. Oversee and coordinate all functional divisions (product, PR, sales, etc.) from a leading perspective to keep consistent cadence of marketing activities
Roles & Responsibility:
1. Consumer insight and demographic analysis
2. Market survey, STP launch strategy of products and Action Plans
3. Cross-division coordination in the event of new launch
4. Produce and implement plans for integrated marketing/ social marketing of new models
5. Develop creative product ideas and exploit materials, oversee the store image management of dealerships and production of extended materials
6. Produce advertising strategy and follow media implementation (digital + traditional) including appraisal of advertising results
Job Requirements

Background - Education / Working Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Advertising/Communications or a related field
• No less than 10 years of related experience in brand marketing, advertising strategy in serving the New Force (China's homegrown EV manufacturers), mainstream JV or OEMs of luxury brands
• Solid record of IMC integrated marketing cases for new models
• Over 5 years of experience of team management
Professional Skills - Knowledge & Skills & Others (Certification etc.):
'Excellent management skills
• Good knowledge of laws and policies related to relevant fields including advertising, automotive sales management, and media operations etc.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability of multi-tasking, prioritizing and arranging tasks in a well-organized way
• Ability to work under pressure, self-motivated in work
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
