Summary:
To achieve company's business strategic objectives by assisting to formulate, organize and implement company's human resources, planning, constructing, and developing various components of human resources, maximizing the development of human resources and guarantee human resources.
工作内容:
Responsibilities:
1、根据公司的战略发展,全面统筹规划公司人力资源工作,建立并完善人力资源管理体系,制定公司人力资源策略、制度和流程;
1、Comprehensively plan the company's human resource work, establish, and improve human resource management system, and formulate the company's human resource strategy, system, and process according to the company's strategic development.
2、负责定期向管理层提供有关人力资源战略、组织建设等方面的专项建议,为公司重大决策提供人力资源信息支持;
2、Be responsible for providing special suggestions on human resource strategy, organization and construction regularly, and providing human resource information support for major decisions of the company.
3、根据公司业务发展的实际需要,构建完善的人力资源开发、培养、薪酬、考核、激励机制,制定、组织、实施有效的人才引进及储备策略,提升公司核心竞争力;

4、负责公司企业文化建设的开展和推进,通过企业文化的建设,增强员工的凝聚力,发扬价值观,建设沟通渠道;

8、负责审核公司人员编制和年度人力成本预算,合理规划和控制人力资源成本;
8、Responsible for auditing the company's staffing and annual human cost budget, and planning and controlling the human resource cost.
9、负责及时处理公司管理过程中的重大人力资源问题。

任职资格:
Qualifications:
1、教育背景:人力资源管理,MBA或其它相关专业,本科及以上学历。
1、Education:Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, MBA or other related major.
2、10年以上人力资源管理工作经验,5年人力资源经理工作经验,制造业人力资源管理经验为优。
2、More than 10 years of human resource management experience, 5 years of human resource manager experience. Manufacturing human resource management experience is preferred.
3、企业管理培训,法律法规培训
3、Enterprise management training, laws & regulations training.
4、熟悉人力资源的各模块。
4、Familiar with HR modules.
5、善于全面掌握经营管理中各个重要环节的基本情况,具有较强分析和协调能力;
5、Good at mastering the basic situation of all important links in management operation, and have strong ability at analyses and coordination.
6、英语听说读写精通。
6、 Have a good command of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
