> Formulate new products
> Do laboratory tests, plan experiments
> Provide technical support for domestic market
> Make technical support on site: validation trials for new products, or debugging of existing product
> Follow pilot production
> Prepare MSDS, TDS and certificates for customers (MSDS and certificates in collaboration with HSE manager)
> Contact raw materials suppliers and equipment suppliers, ask for quotations
> Prepare samples if necessary
> Train technician
> Implement the technical department targets and the company’s ISO 9001 QMS targets. These targets are defined during semi annual meetings
Job requirements (if special education, experience, skills are required) 职位要求（如学历，经验，技能要求等）
> Engineer diploma or equivalent
> Knowledge in one or more of those topics: chemistry, formulation (ink, paints, adhesives, coatings), printing, color matching
> Real interest in formulation, testing new raw materials, performs technical tests.
> Good communication skills
> Proficient English would be a plus
> Able to take initiatives, autonomy required
> 3 to 5 years of work experience in the chemical industry
> Has already worked in a manufacturing site
> Computer skills (Excell, Word, Outlook,etc)
> Can travel domestically or abroad for technical support
