岗位职责:
1.Represent Century origin on behalf of your account and projects/tasks, liaise with local & US-based teams, and become the main channel for brainstorming, designing, executing operational process improvement, and driving the business forward

2.Lead Century internal teams to create new (or review existing) processes/projects to ensure Century services are able to meet customers’ requests, are executable, and well delivered

3.Fully understand customer-specific SOPs and all requirements. Ensure that SOP's are followed strictly, that best practices are shared across client teams, and that areas of concern are pro-actively addressed with Customer Operation Managers/Project Coordinators, operations teams and other local or global teams

4.Create and leverage a set of project management tools to track & monitor project performance and process effectiveness/efficiency. Identify areas for service improvement, create corrective action plans and follow up as needed

5.Maintain smooth working relationships with customer's business partners across the region and ensure that they are satisfied with our systems, personnel, process, and service overall.

6. Prepare or create new reports and lead routine or ad hoc meetings as directed by team managers

7.Lead the preparation and support the writing of whitepapers for performance and business reviews. Support commercial discussions by evaluating viability of processes and services.

8.Support reporting managers on any tasks assigned as teamwork

任职要求:
1. University graduate with bachelor's degree or above
大学或以上学历
2.5+years or above of working experience in supply chain logistics, experience servicing VIP accounts in sizable international company is preferred
5年以上供应链物流工作经验,有大型国际公司VIP客户服务经验者优先
3.Knowledge and experience in scalable FBA, freight forwarding, and consolidation strategies / operations is highly preferred
具备可扩展FBA、货运代理和整合策略/运营方面的知识和经验者优先
4.Ability to embrace and adapt to changes with a positive and proactive attitude, willing to learn and take challenges; flexible in approaches, able to work under pressure & hit committed timelines in a high paced working environment

5. Excellent interpersonal and globally adaptable communication skills

工作和时间及福利:
1. 周一至周五9:00-17:30, 午休:12:00-13:30
