Major Duties & Accountabilities 主要职责

2.Lead Operations Managers and run the Operation Department of local Branch

4.Assign teams, establish work processes, and monitor staff performance to ensure customer satisfaction

6.Set minimum standards for operations group to achieve in work flow processes (e.g., FCR issuance, doc dispatch, PSA and SA transmittal, etc.) Ensure teams handle their assignments in prompt, thorough, and accurate fashion (i.e., ensure staff provides qual)
7.项工作流程,设定最低的工作标准(例如,出具FCR,DOC分派,PSA和SA传送等)确保团队处理工作及时、彻底及准确(如确保员工提供高质量的客服)
8.Oversee day to day operations, help resolve problems, and assist staff with difficult issues

10.Help ensure smooth working relationship with all vendors, agents and service providers

12.Handle those daily messages which require a higher level of experience and/or English proficiency

20.Influence and/or recommend hire/fire decisions, set headcount projection for local branch ops team

Qualification任职要求
Extensive business experience within Supply Chain/Logistics or a combination of Merchandising and Supply Chain roles an asset
应链/物流或销售和供应链角色的资产丰富的业务经验
Education and/or work experience overseas is preferable

Ability to work in a time sensitive environment and be results driven
