Metal Work Pneumatic Components (Shanghai) CO.,LTD. is a subsidiary of Metal Work Spa with HQ in Shanghai, specialised in the production of pneumatic components for automation systems. Now we are looking for a general manager in Shanghai。
金属制品气动元件（上海）有限公司。是总部位于上海的Metal Work Spa的子公司，专门生产自动化系统的气动元件。现在我们正在上海寻找一位总经理。
职位描述（Job Description）：
1、加强公司运营管理，按照HD商定的目标优化内部流程，
Strengthen the company's operation management, optimize the internal process in line with targets agreed by HD
2、扩大销售网络，重点建设销售团队，带领他们实现销售目标，全面负责利润
Expand sales network, focus on the construction of sales team and lead them to achieve sales target,with full responsibility for margin
3、推动技术发展、生产力提高、交付绩效和成本优化
Drive technical development, productivity improvements, delivery performance and cost optimization
4、定义、发展和优化适当的组织结构，以支持业务战略的执行
Define, develop and optimize an appropriate organizational structure to support execution of the business strategies
要求（Requirements）：
1、工业自动化、商业或相关专业本科以上学历
Bachelor degree or above in industrial automation, business or related professional
2、大约35岁
About 35 years old
3、熟悉工业产品，5年以上销售管理经验，有气动经验者优先
Familiar with industrial products, 5+ years of sales management experience ,in pneumatic is preferred
4、领导能力强，能够推动管理变革
Strong leadership skill to drive the management change
5、优秀的沟通技能，不断提高，具备战略和运营层面的工作能力
Excellent communication skills with a continuous improvement, ability to work at a strategic and operational level
6、中英文流利
Fluent in both Chinese and English language
