职责Responsibilities
Part I: Clinical study project management.
第一部分：临床试验项目管理
1. Oversee the implementation of clinical projects and the management of clinical studies to ensure studies are completed on time, within budget and in compliance with related regulations, guidelines and our SOPs.
监督和全面管理所有临床研究项目，以确保：临床试验进程符合既定要求、成本控制在预算内并保证临床试验的操作符合国家相关法规及公司 SOP 要求。
2. Manage the clinical projects including participating in the development of protocol, ICF, CRF, monitoring plan and project management plan.
管理临床研究项目包括参与方案、ICF、CRF、监查计划和项目管理计划的制定。
3. Help to maintain a good relationship with sponsors and support BD department to develop new business.
协助商务发展部维系与申办方的良好关系，并支持商务发展部的业务发展活动。
4. Any other responsibilities and duties which may be required from time to time.
项目管理部的其他工作。
Part II: Mentoring / System development and improvement
第二部分：指导/体系建设和改进
1.Provide guidance and training to Senior/Associate/Project Managers.
对各级项目经理提供指导和培训。
2.Participate in SOP review and update, as well as other operation related system development and improvement.
参与SOP审阅和更新，以及其他项目管理部相关体系建设和改进工作。
3.Deliver clinical research related lectures to both internal and external clients
对外部客户和内部客户提供临床研究相关的讲座。
4.Identify key points and risks in clinical study implementations, and develop corresponding resolutions and risk management plans
识别临床研究执行过程中的关键点和风险，并开发相应的解决方案和风险管理计划。
5.Attend industry conference on behalf of Panacro as needed
根据需要代表博纳参加业界会议。
