In order to improve the working skills of employees and continuously improve their structure of business knowledge, GAOHR conducted new employee training on the fourth floor of Guyi Commercial Building.
This skill training was lectured by the company’s department manager. First of all, he explained the skills of “earning points on recruiting websites”. With examples of three websites Liepin, Highpin and 51Jingying, he explained specific methods and some skills to earn points, and made live demonstrations.
The second is the skill training of recommendation report reparation. The department leader mainly explained the importance of recommendation report, the advantages of recommendation report, the points for attention of the recommendation report and how to write a good recommendation report, etc. The training process was serious and relaxed, rigorous and lively. Through the training and study, new employees of GAOHR had a deeper understanding of the work, so that the quality and efficiency of the new staff were further improved.
