On October 21, 2017, GAOHR Jiangsu Company held the Third Quarter Staff Meeting and Commendation Meeting in the basketball hall of the Sports Center, and all the staff of Jiangsu Company attended the meeting. At the meeting, each department reported the work in the third quarter, commended the outstanding employees, and deployed and planned the work policy and specific goals for the next quarter. 

First of all, General Manager Eric made an overall summary of the work of all departments in the last quarter, and affirmed the achievement made. In addition, he proposed specific requirements for the key job in the next quarter, and made a specific plan for the promotion of all projects at the current stage. He also required that all departments of the company should further improve their management systems, deepen the construction of corporate culture, strengthen cooperation among departments, and improve work efficiency; employees at all levels should continue to strengthen their business learning and improve their working ability to contribute to the development of the company.

The heads of each department explained their work in the last quarter. While achieving fruitful results, they discovered the deficiencies in the work of the department and strived to improve it in the future. They also made a targeted promotion plan for the specific work of the department in the next quarter.

The outstanding employees who won the prize strictly abide by the company’s rues and regulations, and work actively and conscientiously. They were praised by leaders and colleagues, and were awarded the certificate of honor as an encouragement!
