The snow is auspicious, and the festivity sent the spring to us! Looking back to 2017, there was sweat and tears, but more of laughter; some differences and disputes, but more of concerted efforts; there were efforts and hard work, but more of harvest. Success comes with hardship, and joy with sweat. In every busy day, we unknowing ushered the new 2018! 

In 2018, we have dreams but never forget to act. We have goals, but we are always chasing. Achieving dreams with passion, “GAOHR 2018 Welcome Party” kicked off, and all employees of the company and colleagues of all subsidiaries gathered together with the company leaders for a happy party.

The first was the leader speech link. The Group Chairman Gavin delivered an opening speech, and reviewed the outstanding performance achieved by GAOHR in 2017, and gave full confirmation and encouragement to the efforts and hard work of each member of GAOFAN. At the same time, he proposed the company’s new strategic planning for 2018 in order to create a richer development channel and a more cohesive team. 

Group President Even, General Manager Eric and Business Director Roy delivered an speech. From the speech, we heard the affirmation of the past, but more of our expectations for the future. It is believed that in 2018, we will have a lot of good luck and make better performance to create new good results.

In order to make employees quickly integrate into the team and continue to learn and grow, the company established a comprehensive training system in 2017, so that each employee has corresponding training in each stage, and employees can grow with the company. At the same time, the company also invested a lot of manpower and material resources in training. At present, the number of lecturers in GAOFAN Training Group has reached 17. Of course, we also want to thank the outstanding contribution of GAOHR training lecturer group to the company’s cultural promotion and team skills improvement.

What’s the most exciting part in the evening party? Of course, it’s the moment to award the prize. In recognition of employees with outstanding performance, GAOFAN awarded twenty-eight Buik and Volkswagen sedans, as well as a dozen iphones in 2018 to outstanding employees. Looking at the excitement and joy of award-winning partners, we suddenly remembered our slogan: “Join GAOFAN to Achieve Extraordinary”. It seems that anyone who chose the platform of GAOFAN can not only make extraordinary achievements, but can also be promoted, serve as partners, be awarded a car, marry a rich and beautiful girl to go to the peak of life! It’s a little excited to think about it! 

Of course, the show is indispensable for the well-prepared programs of the staff of GAOHR. The enthusiastic modern dance, wonderful sketches, exquisite “Three and half”, affectionate antiphonal singing with love song, breathtaking B-box skills, the soprano solo with the sound of nature, creative stage plays, rhythm African drums, the crazy and cool mechanical dance, and the melodious poetry recitals won warm cheers and applause from the guests! 

There are rich benefits during the annual conference. In addition to cars and mobile phones, a variety of draws were too many to stop. During the performance, a large number of lucky prizes were drawn: three first-class prizes, seven second-class prizes and nine third-class prizes; more than 70 lucky spectators were selected by the interactive software and were presented the customized GAOFAN blankets; and the Best Performance Prize were selected on the spot, and the winner was awarded bonuses and certificates.

With all these prizes, is it over? No, No, No. Of course, the popular project of “grabbing red envelope on WeChat” is also indispensable. Under the “encouragement” of the host, the leaders continuously sprinkled a lot of red envelop rain in the WeChat group, which made everyone exciting. Leaving the field and returning midway, the editor felt that “a billion yuan” was missed.

The development of GAOHR is booming, and the achievements is ceaselessly rising. Of course, the annual meeting will be more and more significant. I am suddenly looking forward to the annual meeting next year. I hope I can be selected and win a big prize next year.
