From January 18 to January 19, the 2018 China Reform & Innovation and Integrity Construction Achievement Tour Theme Activity was held in Beijing. During the event, the organizer released the report on the monitoring and evaluation of public opinions on China’s Reform Innovation and Integrity Construction in 2018, and Song Chengmin, secretary of the Macroeconomic Management Editorial Department of National Development and Reform Commission, interpreted the report. In terms of integrity construction, it is reported that the life expectancy of Chinese enterprises is generally relative short. Some data show that the average life expectancy of Chinese enterprises is about five years, the average life expectancy of some small enterprises is no more than three years, and nearly a million enterprises have closed in recent years. There are many reasons for the business failure. In addition to the lack of innovation, failure to change and unsustainability of the enterprises themselves, there is also an important reason that companies do not focus on integrity, destroy the brand by themselves and destruct their financial paths. At present, China’s economy has shifted to a high-quality development stage from a high-speed growth stage. If enterprises want to be bigger, stronger and longer, they must make more efforts in quality, service and social responsibility, so that enterprises can be healthy, benign and sustainably developed.
Through a variety of methods and channels, a number of outstanding advanced exemplary enterprises were selected.
