职位信息：
1、 对产品电气设计部分的安全要求，测试要求，结构要求，应用要求等建立标准化并进行跟踪管理；
Create standardization for safety request, testing request, structure request and application request of product electrical design aspect, follow up and management;
2、 审查新产品的可行性和可靠性,与质量部门合作,做好质量控制计划；
Review the feasibility and reliability of new products, cooperate with the quality department, and make quality control plans;
3、 负责与客户端的产品技术规格,工程变化和产品类型的核准；
Responsible for technical specifications, engineering changes and product type approval;
4、 负责电池房等项目电气设计、调试、解决相关技术问题;
In charge of battery projects electrical design and commission job;
5、 熟悉电池管理系统的工作原理，能够制定合适系统的协议；
Familiar with the working principle of the battery management system, and be able to formulate an agreement for a suitable system;
6、 对公司电气相关产品的技术工作进行管理、带领团队对技术进行变革与创新，使其符合市场需求。
Responsible for battery product technical management work;
7、服从工作安排，完成上级交办的其他事务。
