Key responsibilities include:
Manage a group of customers to achieve designated sales target levels.
Develop new profitable business with new and existing customers. Build and maintain an active customer prospect and project list. Responsible for the direct sales process, aiming at meeting and / or exceeding sales targets.
Possess and apply detailed product knowledge as well as thorough knowledge of client's business.
In charge of sales expansion, introduce new products / services to clients and organize visits to current and potential clients.
Build and retain strong long-term customer personal relationships and respect with customers up to the senior levels.
Coordinate in-depth multiple level coverage and communication.
Participate in pricing and contract analysis, evaluations and negotiations.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and project timing. Submit short and long-range sales plans and prepare sales strategies.
Ensure that clients receive high quality customer service.
Develop and maintain reports of competitive activity. Analyze strengths and weaknesses. Stay abreast of industry trends and investigate opportunities to capitalize on them.
Complete administrative functions in a thorough, accurate and timely manner.
Participate as a member of cross-functional teams.
Travel to customer locations
Implement agreed periodic individual and team performance goals based on the companies Performance Management System
Conduct probation and periodic performance reviews for any assigned subordinates based on the companies Performance Management System
