Responsibilities:
1. Potential supplier visit/audit review the supplier’s physical quality and quality system, address whether it is robust for “Fluid and Motion Control” requirements. Supplier basic information/Visit Report/ ENSAC audit report.
2. Attend design review on the bidding supplier, to confirm the critical dimensions, performance, and material specification, to confirm the method of measurement, to release PPAP requirement to supplier
3. PPAP documents, FA & Pilot run follow up.
4. Launch production supplier quality performance follow up, address monthly report to supplier, including PPM and Train suppliers to effectively execute Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCAR), ensure complete & effective root cause analysis and Corrective Actions Preventive Actions (CAPA), verify compliance on site.
5. Conduct supplier audit, business review and continues improvement.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/Metallurgic/Manufacturing Engineering.
2. Over 7 years working experience with at least 5 years in supplier control level and development activities in Casting, Stamping, Machining, Spring or plastic injection in multinational company.
3. Good communication and project management skill.
4. Assertive, aggressive and confident.
5. Good command of English (written/oral) and PC.
