岗位职责:
__在总监领导下,统筹管理部门内部事宜;
Under the leadership of the chief inspector, manage the internal affairs of the department .
__组织制定综合部工作发展规划、计划与预算方案,控制公司日常运营成本;
The organization shall formulate comprehensive development plans, plans and budgets of the Department, and control the daily operation costs of the company.
__收集和了解各部门工作动态,为公司决策提供依据;
Collect and understand the work trends of various departments to provide basis for company decision making.
__制定相关制度,并监督执行各项规章制度的落实;
Formulate relevant systems and supervise the implementation of various rules and regulations.
__负责劳动纪律管理,处理员工奖惩事宜;
Responsible for labor discipline management, dealing with staff rewards and punishments.
__负责公司车辆、食堂、保安、保洁、接待等后勤管理工作;
Responsible for logistic management of vehicle, canteen, security, cleaning and reception.
__负责EHS工作的管理与推进;
Responsible for the management and promotion of EHS work
__负责IT、SAP系统管理与维护;
Responsible for IT and SAP system management and maintenance;
__负责公司活动的组织与协调;
Organization and coordination responsible for the activities of the company
__塑造、维护、发展和传播企业文化;
Cultivate, keep, develop and initiate enterprise culture.
__及时处理公司管理过程中的重大行政问题,做好保密管理;
Handle any crucial issues of Administration of company,confidentiality management.
__督导下属工作,培训下属,不断挖掘员工潜力;
Supervise the works of employee, and bring continual training to employee, make career development for employee.

__任职资格:
◆管理类相关专业本科以上学历。
Major in Human Resource, Management, MBA or other related field from university.

◆受过人力资源管理、组织变革管理、财务知识、管理能力开发、体系管理等方面的培训。
Have been trained in Human Resource management, Group management, Finance, System management and other management field.

◆8年以上相关工作经验,5年以上综合部经理工作经验。
More than 8 years works experience and 5 years experience in Ad management.

◆对现代企业管理模式有系统的了解和实践经验积累,对企业管理有深入的认识,能够指导各个职能模块的工作;
Have systematic understanding and rich experience on management and could bring guidance to different field in management.
◆熟悉质量体系、环境安全职业健康体系,并接受过系统培训;
Familiar with quality system, environmental safety occupational health system, and received systematic training.
◆熟悉办公软件及相关的行政管理软件;
Be familiar with office software and related professional software in AD management.
◆具有良好的财务基础知识,有财务分析能力(尤其是成本控制分析);
Master basic finance knowledge; could take financial analyze in expense controlling.
◆具备熟练的英文听、说、读、写能力。
Be proficient in English.

Be strategic and capable to setup, organize different kinds of team.
◆具有解决复杂问题的能力;
Be capable to solve some complicated issues.

__负责部门内人员的选拔、培养、培训、激励考核和日常管理,做好内部相关数据统计、报送;
· Responsible for internal personnel selection, training, motivation assessment and daily
management,internal related data statistics, submission.
__公司法律顾问联系、外部法律顾问管理;
Contact with the company's legal counsel and management of external legal counsel
__ 完成领导临时交办的各项工作任务。
Fulfils allocated duty from GM.
