Project Leader
Ⅰ、Responsibility:
1、Manage project of new product from receiving customer RFQ, cost estimation, making Quotation, and interfacing with customer through entire APQP process on timing, assessment, engineering change, cost, quality, and delivery to fulfill all customer's requirements within budget;
2、Ensure quality of work and quality of information from Project Team to meet customer satisfaction from development stage throughout mass production and EOP;
3、Ensure effective implementation and conformity with company business operating procedures and customer requirements, industry standard, law and regulations;
4、Ensure effective communication with customers and counterparts in other countries to deliver product with quality and quality of risk management and preventive action to achieve company targets and business objectives.
Ⅱ、Qualification:
1、Minimum a bachelor degree in engineering field. Business Management is acceptable. MBA is also a plus;
2、Experiences in automotive industry – QA dept. is a plus;
3、Knowledgeable about IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, PMP, familiar or certified internal auditor is a plus;
4、Able to work multi-functions with professional leadership skills as a role-model to organization and stay motivated;
5、Proficient Chinese, English. Able to use German is a plus.
