岗位职责
Responsibilities
1、开发和维护客户
2、进行商务洽谈和订单签约
3、订单的跟踪和管理;
4、受理客户投诉及意见,与相关部门联络,跟踪客诉进度,及时汇总客诉处理意见;
5、客户项目开发与进度管控

2.Conduct business negotiation and sign the order
3.Order management
4.Receive and record customer complaint and submit to after-sales and quality department for tracking and analyzing
5.Develop new project and monitor the process
任职资格
Qualification
1、本科及以上学历,国际贸易、商务英语、市场营销、机械自动化等相关专业; 2、了解进出口业务流程,熟悉外贸进出口业务环节,有售后或售后维修经验优更佳;
3、具备良好的英语听说读写能力,英语流畅,能与海外客户进行无障碍沟通,熟练运用各种办公软件;
4、具备优秀的沟通能力、执行能力、逻辑思维能力及数据分析能力;较强的判断力及动手能力,工作踏实认真、应对快捷敏锐,责任心强;
5、接受定期海外派驻(欧洲国家)。
1. Bachelor degree or above, with major in business English, marketing, international trade and mechanical automation.
2. With experience in international trade,and better to have experience in after-sales.
3. With excellent communication skills, fluent English and office software.
4. Responsible,flexible and hard-working.
5. With the acceptance of regular working abroad,especially in European country.
需求人数:2人,含一名外籍(欧洲籍为佳),因涉及到外驻,男士优先。
薪资:3年以上,月基薪10-15K(不含境外补贴),具体面议。
福利:带薪年假、驻外补贴(50美金/天)、境外保险、五险一金、过节福利、年终奖。
业务奖励:超额奖励+大客户开发奖励。
Request: 5 person, including one foreign nationality(better with European nationality), men priority.
Salary: 10-15K RMB basic wage(excluding allowance abroad)
Welfare: Paid annual vacation, allowance abroad, insurance abroad, five social insurance and one housing fund, festival welfare, year-end bonus.
