[Abstract] It rained all day and I didn’t know that summer was going, and it was not until the first sunny day that I found out it was deep autumn. As if a few days ago we still immersed in the scorching sun, it was found that it had entered the late autumn after a few autumn rains. In order to allow employees to have a relax outside of work, increase the communication and cooperation between the leaders of various teams, cultivate the tacit understanding between teams and feel the special experience of team melting in the quiet world .

As if a few days ago we still immersed in the scorching sun, it was found that it had entered the late autumn after a few autumn rains. In order to allow employees to have a relax outside of work, increase the communication and cooperation between the leaders of various teams, cultivate the tacit understanding between teams and feel the special experience of team melting in the quiet world. We specially organized GAOHR’s elite team to Jiaxing Biyun Garden and Huaian Sports Park for outdoor training activities.
Jiaxing Biyun Garden Training Base is located in Jiashan County, the hometown of fresh cut flowers in China. It is the largest garden-style training base, relying on the beautiful landscape of the garden, taking the breadth of water as the foundation and the development training as the center. Huaian Sports Park is located in the ancient Huaihe River cultural and ecological scenic area. It is a professional training-themed park with the largest investment in east China, the most beautiful overall environment, the most complete functional facilities and the most complete project set.
As the sun rises, our friends in Shanghai and Huaian were already to start and arrived at the development destination in two ways. After simple warm-up and ice-breaking process, everyone designed their team name, team flag, slogan, team song and formation. After the grouping was completed, the development activities officially began - the power of breadth. Members in each team are divided into three departments of leadership, command and execution to cooperate in setting up a life instrument that meets the requirements, and then perform an instrument test. Through this game, we experienced the conflicts between different communication modes and between communications at different levels; understood the importance of establishing a good process of work habits; told us to solve problems with a positive attitude and a high sense of responsibility; while a high degree of teamwork execution was also cultivated.
During the development activities in the afternoon - thinking orientation, each team needed to break through 14 levels respectively, and will get a password number after passing each level. The team who first broke through the 14 levels and obtained the final password is the winner and will be worshiped by the losers. This can be described as the competition between perfect combination of mental and physical condition. All team members gave advice and suggestions together and united wholeheartedly to overcome all obstacles. Finally, members of the winning team went up to the podium together to receive adoration and praise from their opponents. As the saying goes, “friendship is the first and the competition is the second”, never be arrogant in victory or gracious in defeat. All members shake hands to share the fruits of victory together.
Time flied, and the evening came in a flash. Friends who have been running for a day, began to be hungry. The fast pace of the metropolis has made everyone accustomed to fast-food life. The development location this time is close to the nature, and we must create the dinner by ourselves. Our little friends who was born in a large city may never see the traditional cooker, and it’s hard for them to image the cooking in a pot. Fortunately, cooking is actually exactly the same as work. Each had a division of labor, picking firewood, making fire, washing vegetables, cutting and matching, and cooking. Everyone performed his duties. Soon, a table of rich dinner presented in front of us. Many of them cooked for the first time and frankly expressed that they have never had such a delicious dinner. They thanked their partners for their help and felt the unity and warmth of the family.
The bonfire party after the dinner brought the development training to a climax. All the elites of GAOHR were sitting around the bonfire, they nestled to warm up each other in the late autumn evening, talking about their dreams, imaging the future, singing and laughing, and enjoying themselves.
As the team leaders of each department, we seem to be used to working alone and do everything by ourselves. However during this development training, we have regained the awareness of unified action and close collaboration of the team; we are usually too strict with ourselves and skimp on praising others, but we don’t know that how much praise can be overstated, which is a positive encouragement for others and for ourselves; we pursue the perfection and supremacy of interests, but we don’t know there is only “we” rather than “you” and “they” for the whole company. Our GAOHR consists of “us”. we become acquainted with each other because of fate; we get together because of ambition; we help each other because of goals. “We” are united GAOHR staff who dare to fight for dreams.
