1. Analysis customer’s demands
Through thorough
communication with customer, we will have a detailed understanding of
customer’s enterprise culture, company background, and industry and
product features. And then we will discuss and analyze open positions
together with customer.
2. Agreement signing
Through
good communication with customers, we will have a further understanding
of responsibilities, qualifications, special requests and corresponding
salary and welfare of open positions. Position description, recruitment
method, project cycle, late guarantee and expense composition and etc.
shall be included in the agreement. Both parties agree on the agreement
and sign it for confirmation.
3. Candidates hunting and selection
We
will make a detailed plan to look for candidates for open positions
based on our profound understanding of customer industry and its
demands. We will contact with every potential candidate with the help of
our huge candidates database, powerful network relationship with
related organizations and persons of all industries, and our
professional hunting skills.
4. Candidates recommendation and interview arrangement
We
will send customer complete candidate recommendation reports after
having multi-level and all-round interview, assessment and careful
selection for potential candidates. In general, we will send first
candidate recommendation reports within one week after the signature of
agreement, and then arrange personal interviews based on customer’s
requirements, and help both parties effectively communicate with each
other about specific employment package.
5. Background investigation
After
customer preliminarily selects a candidate, we will make background
investigation of the candidate based on customer’s requirements to
ensure the authenticity of candidate information.
6. Successful recommendation
Customer signs employment agreement with candidate and pays executive search according to agreement requirements.
7. Service follow-up and warranty period
After
customer officially hires candidate, we will keep regular contact with
customer and candidate to coordinate potential difficulties and
obstacles during probation. If candidate leaves office during probation,
we will provide free supplementary service for the position to
customer.
