? Enhance the productivity, reduce the scrap rate, control cost to improve efficiency.
Responsibilities:
? Manage a production team and supervise conventional products, to ensure timely product delivery.
? prepare and review production reports to management regularly on manufacturing and product delivery to improve production performance.
? Work closely with engineering and quality department to control production cost and decrease scrap rate.
? Coordinate with internal departments leading the production team to ensure optimal operation.
? Lead production meetings; Hire and train qualified employees; Evaluate the staff according to skill matrix.
? Be responsible for cost control in production department.
? Be in charge of whole safety management in factory.
? Implement KPS and rational impovement in site with support department.
? Other tasks assigned by GM.
