Job description
In this role your will manage a team but also be on the road most of the time to meet key Accounts and develop the market as well.
• Establish the sales team in each region
• Manage and guide the Sales team to ensure yearly sales targets are achieved
• Present very good understanding of the market position, competitors and opportunities
• Make company's sales strategy, Identify and develop potential new business opportunities accordingly, increase the market share
• Manage client accounts on a regional basis with a strong focus on volume, margin, brand
• Attend management team meetings and provide all information needed regardingsales, new clients and prospective accounts
• Train and ensure the development of the Sales team
Job requirements
In order to apply to this role you must have aftermarket experience in the automotive industry.
• At least 5 years of working experience within a similar sales position
• You possess a Bachelor or Master Degree
• Previous experience with the Lab Instruments is highly desired
• Excellent leadership and managerial skills and required for this role
• Ability solve problems quickly and ensuring that no clients have been lost
• Understanding of the processes and activities of after sales market are a must
• Strong ability to establish and maintain client relationships
• Should be sales-driven with strong communication skills
• Fluency communication skills in both Chinese and English are a must
