职责范围

1.确定客户趋势。分析和汇编竞争分析信息。
根据重点客户定义并执行渗透策略。为每个目标客户定义产品策略,定位和价值主张。
促进与合作伙伴和本地生态系统参与者的互动。开发面向客户的演示文稿,以解释产品的好处。
将客户需求转换为产品定义,以影响新产品开发和路线图。
Identify customer trends. Analyze and compile competition analysis information.
Define and execute the penetration strategy per focused accounts. Define the Product strategy, positioning & Value Proposition per targeted account.
Drive engagement with Partners and local Eco-system players. Develop customer facing presentations explaining the benefits of the product.
Translate customer needs into Product definition in order to influence new product development and roadmap.

2.开发营销担保以推广产品。与多个职能部门协作,包括业务管理,销售和应用程序,以在主要客户处定位,采用和集成产品。

Develop marketing collateral to promote products. Collaborate with multiple functional groups, including Business Management, Sales and Applications on positioning, adoption and integration of products at key customers.
Support Business Management and Sales to develop product strategies, promote product solutions, respond to product specification requests at key customers, to protect market leadership position while enhancing profit margins.
Support strategic product planning to ensure that product development strategies are aligned with business unit and corporate goals.

3. 审查市场研究,持续了解竞争对手的活动并及时识别客户需求,并期待产品机会。
开发新产品,增强现有产品并根据客户和市场需求有效地交流产品,项目和演示优先级。

Review market research, continually monitor competitor activity and identify customer needs in a timely fashion, looking ahead for product opportunities.
Develop new products, enhance existing product(s) and effectively communicate product, project and demo priorities, based on customer and market needs.
Support and manage products throughout their life cycles – from concept & feasibility to obsolescence; create market requirement documents and business plans for new product introduction;
Support product training and value messaging for multiple functional groups, as needed.

4. 微电子,集成电路,电子工程等相关专业本科及以上毕业。相关工作经验5年以上,有ADI, TI, Onsemi,高通等公司marketing工作经验者优先。
    
5.有芯片定义,设计,或应用等经验,精通某一方向或某几个方向的芯片产品定义
