Sales Manager
Responsibility:
Responsible for the maintenance and growth of sales margin and strategic relations with assigned customers or prospects by segment or geography.
Accomplish measure and report performance against assigned objectives of targeted accounts.
Identify key growth opportunities and advance the relationships with customers in order to fully develop opportunities for growth , profitability and strategic positioning.
Deliver pre-sales and post-sales support and consultation.
Participate in bidding and tendering.
Requirements:
10 years key account management experience in IT industry
Strong negotiation skills resilience and result-driven
Ability to decode the customer needs and to design adapted solutions
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as negotiation capabilities
Fluent in both spoken and written English
Good sense of responsibility and execution
Extensive working experience in the pharmaceutical industry would be an advantage
