As our Weld&NDT coordinator, you will coordinate customer requirements and issues to our manufacturing and quality departments.

Keep close contact with our international customers for discussions on welding standards and other welding issues;

Make sure the welding standards and issues are understood and implemented by our internal departments;

Provide welding technical support to our internal departments;

Ensure that required welding procedures (WPQR) and welding specifications (WPS) are available and implemented;

Contribute to the preparation of the welding process for new products;

Prepare, implement and maintain control procedures;

Support internal development of welding competences and procedures;

Support the build-up and maintenance of welding quality control systems;
支持焊接质量控制体系的建立和维护；
Comply with quality procedures and instructions according to the Quality Management System ISO9001 as well as to EN 1090-1/2/3 and possible local regulations

Contribute to continuous improvements and optimizations such as optimizing and streamlining processes and working procedures;

Support training of sub suppliers in understanding the standards and customer specifications

In corporation with our Quality Manager secure that sub suppliers meet requirements in the standards and evaluation of sub suppliers’ welding procedures;

Assist with customer quality audits;
协助客户质量审核；
Responsible for PPAP documentation;
负责PPAP文件编制；
Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
完成上级安排的其它任务。

本科及以上学历，焊接/机械/制造工程师；
Have IWE/CWI certificates prefer;
首选IWE / CWI证书；
Minimum 6 years’ experience within welding of steel constructions – preferably offshore constructions.;
至少6年的钢结构焊接工程师经验,有海上钢结构焊接经验优先
Familiar with EN, ISO, NDT classification standards;
熟悉EN，ISO，NDT分类标准；
Quality and responsible mindset, service minded;
质量和负责任的心态，服务至上；
Structured approach and flexible;
结构化的方法和灵活性；
High responsibility and good team work spirit, could work under pressure;
高责任心和良好的团队合作精神，可以在压力下工作；
Fluent English, both written and oral, minimum at level CET4;
流利的英语（书面和口语），至少达到CET4级；
