1． English writing and speaking fluently – a must
2． Familiar with US GAAP – a must
3． ERP system experience - preferred
4． General Ledger experience – a must
5． Can work somehow with US timezone – need to work nightshift (not daily but in the beginning, that would be the case for transition and for reporting season, it has to be on our timezone)
