Provide On-Site Support to customers using Evatec’s equipment for the manufacturing requirements
Responsible and conduct Initial Acceptance Test (IAT) at manufacturing site or Final Acceptance Test (FAT) of equipment at customer site
Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair Evatec’s products in both hardware and process related issue
Communicate with our technical support team locally and business unit leads in Switzerland to ensure corrective actions are taken efficiently and precisely
Travel upon business needs to other region, will include international travel for training on Evatec’s products and processes
Work both independently and in a team environment
Act as a Liaison between Evatec’s customers and Evatec headquarters to ensure all concerns
are addressed accurately and effectively for long term resolution

Able to read technical drawings
Possess both electrical and mechanical skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills in Chinese and English language
Be able to quickly adapt to new circumstances
Good decision-making skills
Ability to prepare report in a structure way
Ability to read and understand German is beneficial, but not required
Prefer applicants with an associate or bachelor's degree in engineering
Minimum of 5 years’ experiences in customer service or application engineer related to sputtering equipment in Semiconductor, LED..etc high-tech industry
