Provide On-Site Support to customers using Evatec’s equipment for the manufacturing requirements
Responsible and conduct Initial Acceptance Test (IAT) at manufacturing site or Final Acceptance Test (FAT) of equipment at customer site
Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair Evatec’s products in both hardware and process related issue
Communicate with our technical support team locally and business unit leads in Switzerland to ensure corrective actions are taken efficiently and precisely
Travel upon business needs to other region, will include international travel for training on Evatec’s products and processes
Work both independently and in a team environment
Act as a Liaison between Evatec’s customers and Evatec headquarters to ensure all concerns
are addressed accurately and effectively for long term resolution
Able to read technical drawings
Possess both electrical and mechanical skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills in Chinese and English language
Be able to quickly adapt to new circumstances
Good decision-making skills
Ability to prepare report in a structure way
Ability to read and understand German is beneficial, but not required
Prefer applicants with an associate or bachelor's degree in engineering
Minimum of 5 years’ experiences in customer service or application engineer related to sputtering equipment in Semiconductor, LED..etc high-tech industry
