Global Sales:
Based in Shanghai,suzhou,ningbo,nanjing,hefei,hangzhou
Newly target account setting up & expand new business in order to achieve company goal.

Role & Responsibilities:
Identifies and bring new business of global account.
Establishes a sales plan to ensure the requirement of sales activities such as cold calls, sales calls, proposal presentation, meeting with customer, as well as other activities.
Using sales skill to make cold call and follow sales lead to define the right person in charge of target customer.
Relationship build-up with target customer, and provide related logistics solution, price and solving problem for them.
Update CRM tool to keep track of sales actives, customer data and following action.
Communication with oversea to seek for the solution, service and price for the target customer.
Achieve agreed sales targets and business objectives.

Qualifications:

At least 3-5 years of experience in global freight forwarder.
Solid background of Sales.
Strong knowledge in industry and market.
Good verbal and written English.
Be able to accept the schedule of business trip.
Positive attitude, excellent communication and organization skills.

建立新的目标客户,拓展新的业务,以实现公司目标。
角色与责任:
识别并带来全球客户的新业务。
建立销售计划,以确保销售活动的要求,如冷电话,销售电话,提案介绍,与客户的会议,以及其他活动。
运用销售技巧进行电话拜访,跟踪销售领导,确定目标客户的负责人。
建立与目标客户的关系,并提供相关的物流解决方案,价格和解决问题。
更新CRM跟踪销售活动、客户数据和后续行动的工具。
与海外客户沟通,为目标客户寻求解决方案、服务和价格。
完成商定的销售目标和业务目标。
任职资格:
至少 3 - 5 年全球货运代理经验。
扎实的销售背景。
有较强的行业和市场知识。
良好的英语口语和书写能力。
能够接受出差的时间安排。
积极的工作态度,优秀的沟通和组织能力。
