Job Descriptions:
岗位职责：
1.Maintaining existing customers and key international customers in driving and elevator industry, developing new domestic customers;
维护驱动及电梯行业现有客户和国际大客户，寻找和开发新的国内驱动及电梯客户；
2.Promoting the development progress of current projects and products in elevator industry, timely communicating with KDE on business and R&D, and bridging customers with KDE;
推动电梯行业现有项目和产品开发进展，及时与德国总部在商务和研发方面进行沟通，做好 客户与德国总部的桥梁;
3.Promoting products in driving industry, collecting market and industry intelligence and understanding the needs of customers to form a report to KDE, and exploring the direction of promotion and R&D with KDE in time;
在驱动行业对公司的产品进行推广，收集市场行业信息，探知客户需求，形成报告汇报德国 总部，及时与德国总部探索推广和研发方向;
4.Build up a whole communication system and workflow between China and Germany to help the Managing Director know the overall situation and trends.
建立中国和德国之间的整体沟通体系及标准工作流程，以帮助执行董事知晓该行业的整体情 况及趋势；
5.Technology discussions with the customers;
与客户进行技术层面的沟通和交流；
6.Accomplishing individual and team sales targets as required;
按照公司要求去完成个人和团队的销售任务;
7.Filling in CRM as required, submitting weekly and monthly reports and completing other related tasks company assigned;
按照公司要求填写 CRM，交周报和月报，完成公司交代的其他相关任务;
Qualifications:
任职要求：
1.Major in Automation or Electrical or Mechanism or related majors;
电气自动化或机械电子等相关专业；
2.5 to 8 years experience in Elevator or Drive industry or motion and position sensors;
五到八年电梯行业或驱动行业或传感器等行业经验；
3.Experience with very strong technical background from drive/elevator industry;
拥有深厚的电梯、驱动行业技术背景；
4.Strategic as well as operative approach abilities/communication on all hierarchy levels;
拥有全方位的沟通技巧；
5.Self-driven attitude with strong sense of responsibility and communication;
积极主动并具有高度责任心和沟通意识；
6.Fluent in English and trustworthy business conduct;
英语听说读写流利；值得信任的商务言行；
7.Very strong self-study ability;
非常强大的自我学习能力；
8.Sales experience in Elevator manufactures or converters or tracking machines is preferred;
有电梯整机厂或变频器或曳引机等销售相关经验者优先考虑；
9.Regular foreign company working experience is preferred
有正规外企工作经验者优先考虑
