Job Responsibilities工作职责
1.Recruitment:
招聘方面:
--Conduct job analysis through effective communicate with user department leader to understand the job;
与部门负责人的有效沟通,进行职位的分析,了解职位的要求;
-Search for different recruitment channel, select and recommend most cost effective recruitment channel based on needs;
开拓招聘渠道,根据需求,选择和推荐有效的招聘渠道;
-Conduct candidate screening and interview and manage the whole hiring process according to the policy
负责简历筛选、面试,根据公司制度管理整个招聘流程;
-Communicate the offer with candidate in a professional manner;
专业地与候选人进行录用沟通;
-Maintain and implement “Employment SOP”, optimize and implement offering and hiring procedure and to make it compliance with company policy and related regulations;
维护和实施“招聘标准流程“,优化和实施录用流程,确保招聘工作符合公司的相关制度;
-Support other HR projects or tasks as needed.
协助人力资源经理完成其他人力资源项目或工作。

2.Training
培训方面
-Work out annual training planning and employee career planning according to training system;
根据培训体系制定年度培训计划和员工职业生涯规划;
-Responsible for overall training cycle management and ensure the training policies and processes support organizational learning and company culture development;
负责整体培训周期管理,确保培训制度和流程支持组织学习和公司文化发展;
-Assist in policies and procedures development, including newcomer orientation, handbook training, procedure training, etc.;
协助制定政策和程序,包括新人入职培训、手册培训、程序培训等;
Job Requirements:
任职要求:
- College degree or above, interested in recruitment;
大专或以上学历,对招聘工作感兴趣;
- Good command of written and oral English;
良好的英文读写能力;
- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment;
3-5年招聘工作经验;
- Familiar with law labor in Mainland China;
熟悉中国大陆的劳动法律法规;
- Practical knowledge in common computer software, such as Windows, Words, Excel;
熟悉常用电脑办公软件的操作,例如:Windows, Word, Excel;
- People-oriented and good internal customer-focused mindset;
具有以人为本和客户为中心的思维模式;
- Sense of responsibilities;
具有良好的责任心;
- Strict confidentiality and integrity;
具有良好的保密意识,正直诚实;
- Good communication skills – verbal and written;
具有良好的沟通技巧,包括口头与书面表达;
- Good interpersonal/listening skills.
具有良好的人际关系处理能力和聆听技巧。
