主要工作职责：
1.指导和控制以下职能团队，以实现公司目标：
模塑生产（包括橡胶模塑）。
电机、装配和喷涂。
模具维修和维护团队
生产设施和设备维护团队
2.每日-在工作场所执行6S，以提高效率，减少浪费，优化质量和生产力，并保持工作场所安全，避免事故发生。
3.使用精益生产理念，通过消除每项活动中的浪费，以最低的成本和最短的交付周期提供最佳质量。
4.将质量融入模具和工艺参数。
5.使用工艺工程师和IPQC团队通过每小时检查和批次控制方法实现零缺陷。
6.最小化模具更换和启动过程中的机器时间损失（目标30分钟，包括首件验收）。
7.尽量减少首件验收时间损失（目标10分钟）。
8.最小化小批量生产运行的设置效率。
9.与计划部门合作，应用生产级负荷，以最大限度地提高产能利用率。
10.用新想法解决问题。
11.预算和成本控制以及资本支出评估。
12.不时指派的其他职责。
Principle job responsibilities:
1. Direct & control the following functional teams to achieve company objectives:
Moulding Production (include Rubber moulding).
Motor , Assembly & Spray.
Mould Repair & Maintenance Teams
Production Facility & Equipment Maintenance Team
2. Daily - enforce 6S at the workplace for efficiency, minimize waste and optimize quality & productivity, and keeping the workplace safe from accidents.
3. Use Lean manufacturing concept to provide best quality at lowest cost and shortest lead time through the elimination of waste in every activity.
4. Build quality into moulds and process parameters.
5. Use Process Engineer and IPQC Teams to achieve zero defect through hourly inspection and lot control method.
6. Minimize machine time loss in mould-change and start-up (target 30 minutes, include 1st piece buy-off).
7. Minimize first piece buy-off time loss (target 10 minutes).
8. Minimize set-up inefficiency for small production batch run.
9. Working with Planning department to apply production level-loading to maximize capacity utilization.
10. Solve problems with new ideas.
11. Budgetary and cost control and CAPEX appraisal.
12. Such other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
