Role Overview ：The Factory General Manager-Kunshan is charged with overseeing the manufacturing of products. The role oversees the available factory resources to ensure the capacity to meet forecast demand and overseeing the quality of production. The role is in charge of factory staff scheduling,development,and management.
Accountabilities ：
1)Managing the production process, including proactive problem management and troubleshooting issues
2)Managing production output to technical specifications
3)Optimising production costs to maximise margin while maintain quality
4)Health and safety of Production staff and contractors
Responsibilities ：
1)In charge of running all factory aspects involved in produetion, shipping, and installation of EDA products
2)Collaboratively responsible for warehousing and despatching of goods.including getting the right staff for the job
3)Provide all factory related information, as accurate and timely, to enableEDA insights and financial accuracy
4)Responsible for maintaining adequate and appropriately skilled factory staff to meet demands
Key Performance Indicators：
1) Factory cycle time
2) Factory cost, quality, and quality volumes
3)Accurate item production to technical specifications

Minimum Prior Experience： Minimum of 4 years’experience in all aspects of local factory operations Experience
Skills, Knowledge and Competencies：
Understanding of EDA production process and quality demand
Ability to coordinate and manage factory operations
Strong business and financial acumen
Excellent budget and time management skills
Some written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
Qualifications ：Recognised relevant factory management accreditations and/or qualifications
Budgetary Limits：No discretionary budget authority

Health, Safety and Environment ： To be responsible for maintaining the proper level of occupational and environmental health and safety awareness in all aspects of the role without causing injury to yourself,co-workers and visitors and to practice full OH&s standards as per the EDA Health,Safety and Environment policies.
