The Facility Manager is responsible for efficient and effective management of all operations within the Home to achieve organisational objectives, legislative requirements, government standards and best practice.

Key accountabilities主要职责
1.Implements and maintains effective policy, procedures, and practice to ensure Anthem Care operates care and services in accordance with the legislation, regulation, the Aged Care Quality Standards (ACQS) and best practice.

2.Ensures all behaviour, communications and documentation are consistent with relevant legislation, Anthem Care’s Vision, Mission, and Values, policies, and procedures.

3.Implements and monitors governance systems to achieve effective operations and outcomes.

4.Monitors all aspects of clinical and care services in close collaboration with the Care Manager to ensure care and services are delivered in accordance with standards, policy, procedure and best practice.

5.Manages and monitors system for feedback & complaints to address risks and achieve resident’s satisfaction and quality improvement

6.Ensures a high level of customer service is delivered to all stakeholders and exceeds customer expectations

7.Pro-actively manages and supports staff to manage risks associated with clinical care and acts to manage risk and prevent future issues

8.Treats all residents with dignity and respect, Interacts with residents in a kind, caring & respectful manner.

9.Assists residents to remain connected with their local communities

10.Works with Anthem’s Company Directors to ensure a high level of care, service and resource delivery including physical, financial and human resources in place to meet all strategic, legislative and regulatory requirements and achieve organisational objectives

11.Establishes and maintain effective networks and external relationships to work with government, industry and community to identify best practice and opportunities for continuous improvement within Anthem Care

12.Manages the Home’s income, expenditure, occupancy, capital and resources and to meet /exceed financial targets and to facilitate innovation and high-quality care

13.Establishes, implements and monitors stakeholder risk management systems to identify and manage changing resident’s needs, including deterioration and resident risks

14.Ensures an effective HR system is in operation in conjunction with legislative, regulatory and best practice requirements.

15.Ensures there is a system for ongoing quality control of care and service provision to ensure all care and services are provided in accordance with legislation, regulation, the ACQS and funding requirements

Requirements, Education, Qualifications and Registrations任职要求
If has an Australian legal work visa (including Australian permanent residence and citizenship), there is no requirement to be registered with APHRA

If do not have an Australian legal work visa (including Australian permanent residence and citizenship), will be required to have completed Australian AHPRA registration as a registered nurse

Diploma or higher degree in nursing, aged care, rehabilitation, clinical management

Experience in clinical management of age
