Based on the principle of people-oriented and happy work, leaders of Shanghai GAOFAN organized employees to participate in the two-day tour to Tianmu lake and South Hill Bamboo Sea in Changzhou in order to promote the corporate culture, enhance the cohesion of the enterprise, hereby further stimulating the enthusiasm, initiative and work enthusiasm of the staff, increase the staff’s sense of belonging and give employees a good rest and relax. 

It was a little chilly in Shanghai in November, but it couldn’t resist the enthusiasm of colleagues. On the morning of November 5, the group set off in high spirits for Changzhou to their destination, the South Hill Bamboo Sea and Tianmu Lake Scenic Spot.

With the theme of bamboo culture and longevity culture, the South Hill Bamboo Sea scenic area covers 35,00 mu of bamboo. Its beautiful green mountains, magnificent bamboo sea and clear lake show the poetry and charm of the green mountains and waters. The South Hill Bamboo Sea is known as the “Paradise South Hill, Fantasy Bamboo Sea”. In the scenic area, the peaks and valleys are undulating. When the wind rises, the blue waves lift the sky, and when the wind stops, it is deep, quiet, vague and remote. Everyone took photos of each other and enjoyed the joy and relaxation of travelling. They breathed fresh air, and the busyness and exhaustion of work have been replaced by the freshness and comfort brought by the nature.

The next day was a sightseeing tour. They passed through the bamboo forest yesterday. Today, it seemed that the boats on the river were more popular among our colleagues. Everyone was eager to go to the boat on the lake to enjoy the pleasure of boat on the lake. The rows of bamboo rafts floated on the surface of the quiet lake like green silk. Gently waving the mortar, the wave rippled and slowly spread out. Overlooking the green bamboo sea on the shore of the lake, it exudes a cool and elegant atmosphere. It is the “the boat traveling through the blue waves, people swim in the picture”. Everyone was intoxicated by this beautiful lake view.
