【Abstract】On January 3, 2009, hosted by SINO-EDU, co-organized by China Headhunter Research Center, China Training, Human Resource Management Magazine, Headhunting League and Iactive Technology, the “2009 SINO-EDU 3rd Headhunter Special Meeting” was grandly hosted in five cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Tianjin.

On January 3, 2009, hosted by SINO-EDU, co-organized by China Headhunter Research Center, China Training, Human Resource Management Magazine, Headhunting League and Iactive Technology, the “2009 SINO-EDU 3rd Headhunter Special Meeting” was grandly hosted in five cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Tianjin.

During this headhunting conference, we invited more than 100 senior headhunting consultants from nearly 50 headhunting companies. A total of more than 800 from all over the country participate in the conference. It is the first large-scale inter-regional high-end exchange summit held in China this year.

SINO-EDU has successfully hosted two sessions of headhunter special meetings, which opened a precedent for the cooperation between management consulting agencies and headhunting companies for resource integration, exchange and sharing, and gradually formed a major feature of business development and value-added services of companies.

With the theme of “grasping the wind and hunting the workplace”, the conference has the improvements than the previous two sessions as follows:

1) The headhunting meeting was held in five hot cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Tianjin.

2) The organization of the meeting facilitates further communication and interaction, and headhunters in various regions will conduct real-time audio and video broadcasting through remote live broadcast systems.

3) In terms of publicity, the intensity and scope of publicity was expanded and the scale of meeting was expanded through network and print media to improve the quality of the meeting.

4) The target group was positioned at high-end managers, covering middle- and high-level talents in various industries such as IT, telecommunications, information technology, FMCG, construction, real estate, finance, petrochemicals, biomedicine and manufacturing industry.

They compared the bottleneck of personal career planning and positions in the market specific to different circumstances that certain personnel in some groups and environment faced in the workplace, and put forward constructive suggestions for Chinese enterprises and individuals to deal with the crisis from the aspects of headhunting field, industry trend and career development. They shared their rich experience and unique insights on corporate management and crisis response with all the participants of the forum. They forecasted the future development of Chinese economy and Chinese enterprises and the blueprint of employees’ career planning with their international insights.

As in previous sessions, after the wonderful speeches by famous guests, the outstanding employees and industry newcomers were awarded, and the winners shared their experience in the work and study of project management. Jiang Pengfei and Mu Lin won the Best Achievement Award this time.

Through this headhunting meeting, five major city headhunters and human resources companies provided an excellent opportunity for Bole to talk directly with Maxima to professional managers and medium- and high-end managers across the country, as well as previous alumni of SINO-EDU under the situation that the financial crisis was sweeping the world and the market and confidence were seriously depressed.
