The willow wind in May is warm, which is a good time for spring outing! On May 14, GAOHR Group organized employees to participate in the Jincang Lake Garden Spring Outing activity. The purpose of the spring outing is to let everyone relax in the spring season and avoid stressful work pressure, so as to stimulate the enthusiasm for work and life. 

During the spring out and picnics, of course, group activities were also indispensable. After the lunch, the tug of war officially began, and Jincang Lake Park was in a noisy. The contestants rubbed their hands, cheered up, and got ready for the match; the cheering squad has already gathered in the arena, and a wonderful match was about to begin.   

There was 10 teams in the competition. The team was named by colors, with 8 members in each team, 4 men and 4 female. Before the game, los were drawn, and then match races were carried out; to reflect the justice and equity, the cycle elimination system was adopted in the game, in which 5 teams were eliminated in the first round; among the five teams eliminated, one lucky team was selected by drawing lots, and the winning six teams faced each other. After multiple rounds to determine the winner and the runner-up.

At the word of command of the referee, a fierce duel took place on the scene. On the field, the team members were all in high spirits, and told the meaning of unity to us with their sweat. Their indomitable perseverance and the fighting spirit moved everyone. Especially in the moment of the battle hung in the balance, players did not retreat, clench their teeth and persisted in the end. Members of on-site cheering team were also enthusiastic, were cheering for their team, and their cheers added a bright color to the game. There were quite a lot of well-matched contest, and instantaneous spikes, an the shouts, applause, and laughter on the scene rose one after another, which was quite brilliant. 

In the final championship match, the Yellow Team and Purple Team were neck and neck and were very close to each other in strength. Team members clenched their teeth and persevered. The cheerleaders shouted hard and their hearts were hung on a thread. Finally, the Yellow Team became the first and won the championship, and the Purple team won the runner-up. 

The tug-of-war ended successfully in a heated atmosphere. It was time for everyone to move around freely. Jincang Lake is the core scenic area of Taicang, known as “the most beautiful place in Taicang”, where the beautiful scenery made people drunk, and fellows played in the park in small groups. Someone went boating in the middle of the lake, and someone rode bikes on the shady paths of the park, enjoying themselves. A wonderful spring outing activity ended in a pleasant atmosphere. 

The tug-of-war activity was aimed at cultivating the collective spirit of teamwork, hardworking and progressiveness. During the competition, the team members also completed the competition in this spirit. Each participating player actively participate in it, pushing the atmosphere of the game to a climax. The spring outing allows everyone to be in close contact with nature, relieve work pressure, and enjoy the beauty of nature in a pleasant atmosphere.
