A single silk makes no thread, and a single tree makes no forest. In order to further enhance the collective sense of honor and team consciousness of the staff in Shanghai GAOFAN, GAOHR organized an outdoor outward training activity - Lvyi Farm activity on May 6, 2017, and more than 80 managers of the company participated in this outward activity.
On the day of the event, everyone gathered in the Lvyi Farm Park. The coach led the team to do various preparation activities, finger exercises and interactive min-games to mobilize the active atmosphere in the bus, and also allowed everyone to be full of hope for this event.
After arriving at the base, it was first a series of warm-up games, and then the specific grouping method. All members were divided into 7 groups, and each team began brainstorming their “team names”, “slogans”, “team songs” and “team flags”. After 20 minutes, each team had a very strong name, the Optimus Prime Team, the Invincible Team, the Red Army Team, the Qin Team, the National Team, the Golden Fighter Team, the Blue Storm Team. Ha ha, the editor thought the momentum of these teams is overwhelming!
The activity in the morning included 4 items: “60 seconds of racing”, “challenge 5 minutes” and “cross the War of Resistance”, “challenge the balance”, etc. The events in the morning is mainly to show everyone’s teamwork ability and spirit of mutual cooperation. Maybe it was just the beginning of the event, everyone was full of spirit and eager to try every event. Finally, at the coach’s command, each team carried out each event in an orderly manner. With the mutual help and cooperation of the players, all teams completed each item perfectly in the prescribed time.
After having the lunch that the base had prepared for us, the afternoon activity arrived ceremoniously. The activities in the afternoon included the “passing letters between stations” and “seven-piece puzzle”, “trust back-breaker”, “huddle to conquer the world” and “windy and rainy life road”. During the afternoon activity, with the increase in rules, everyone tried the best to win. Although the whole process can be described as “a fight between a wolf and a tiger”, they reflected the teamwork and communication ability vividly. At the end of the activity, the coach shared a lot of realistic business examples, which impressed everyone and strengthened the importance of unity. At the same time, participants’ spirit of mutual cooperation and mutual trust to complete the task won the applause of the audience, and closed the hearts of colleagues.
After the activity, the coach presented each student with a certificate. Everyone took a photo and opened the champagne. An outward activity that is full of passion ended in the perseverance of the students. The editor believes that this activity is of great significance.
The outward training activity is a baptism for Shanghai GAOFAN Management executives, and a driving force to further promote the management of GAOHR to do their best in all aspects of their work.
