In the summer where the sun was blazing like a ball of fire and shining fiercely, GAOFAN HR GROUP 2018 Mid-year meeting was held in various parts of the country. Elites of GAOFAN gathered here, and the Group chairman Gavin, Group President Even, General Manager Eric and Business Director Luo Yu and other executive in the Group participated in this meeting. This meeting is aimed at summarizing and analyzing the work of all business departments in the first half of the year, sharing experience, and deploying the work plan for the second half, and commend and award outstanding teams and individuals in the first half.

First of all, Group Chairman Gavin delivered a speech. Gavin gave a comprehensive view of the work in the first half of 2018, and affirmed the achievements made by everyone. Then, he shared the latest statistical data of the talent service industry in 2018, and deeply analyzed the industry status of “a wolf in front and a tiger behind” at present. While stepping towards our planning of “20 new brands within 5 years”, he proposed a small goal of “1%” to all fellows in our group, which is an ardent hope for our business units in all regions across the country, and also becomes the internal driving force of our Gaofan fellows who shared weal or woe with Gaofan. In addition, Gavin also brought us good news for the development of the Group, that is, we will complete the building of 2 new sub-brands across the country in the second half of this year, and will officially put them into operation in the fourth quarter. At the same time, the Group’s first overseas branch will be officially settled in the world’s financial center, - London, the UK, this year, which marks the transition of the Group’s business to the international arena and its integration with the international leading human resources industry.

In this meeting, Group President Even was specially invited to share her road to success, so that everyone knows GAOFAN’s growth history, how it rapidly developed from a company of less than one hundred employees to a industry-leading human resources service provider; and how to maintain the original intention in the money-oriented business market and become a company with “love” and “temperature”. She redefined the corporate culture for us: our GAOFAN has always upheld its mission to provide professional and value-added human resources service solutions for corporate customers; provide candidates with the best career development platform; provide employees with the stage to realize their dreams and a career with a sense of happiness! Her sharing made our understanding of the concept of “success” more vivid and more deeply rooted.

Eric, General Manager of GAOFAN, shared us with the company’s performance data of the first half of the year. The payment collection and amount of orders signed in the whole country increased by nearly 37% compared with the same period in 2017. He fully recognized our achievements, and inspired us to rise abruptly based on our accumulated strength to achieve even better results in the second half of the year.

According to statistics, by learning to manage and adjust the mentality effectively, people in the workplace will increase their work efficiency by 70%. As a company full of humanistic care, GAOFAN specially invited the business director Luoyu shared his “Mentality Management” at this meeting, and personally used the “Four Principles” summarized by him to guide us to deal with some difficult problems, in order to resolve the hearts of depressed mood, and adjust the state of mind reasonably.
(Million Headhunting Consultant Yin Yimin Shared his “Unique Skills” with Everyone)
Every successful person will have their own “unique skills”. At this meeting, Mr. Yin Yimin, Director of Headhunting III Division, the king of performance in GAOFAN in 2017 was specially arranged to tell everyone how the “million headhunting consultant” was cultivated. His unique skill has made fellows of GAOFAN understand the unique working style and time management method of the million headhunting consultant.
After the sharing, there was a one-to-one question-and-answer link. The consultants and guests spoke out freely and answered question. All of these benefited the headhunting consultants. In the end, everyone gave their guests selfless sharing with their warmest applause. Learning without thinking is useless, while thinking without learning is dangerous. Thinking a little every day in your work, and making a little progress every day, slowly you will find that the high mountain that you behold with awe at the beginning has become a mountain in a single glance.
At the end of the agenda, it was the exciting award presentation. The leadership of the Group awarded multiple prizes including the Team Performance King, Personal Performance King, Fastest Progress Prize and Best Team Construction Contribution Prize to the team and individual with excellent performance in the first half of 2018.
Everyone harvested a lot, and has vowed to stand on the podium and be the champion again at the 2018 year-end summary conference. We have reason to believe that in the second half of this year, GAOFAN fellows will continue to make efforts, work hard, and make great achievements.
