Case:Oracle Database

As a foreign bank planed to improve its database system, we were entrusted to find an expert in Oracle database who should be able to design, plan and manage the bank’s Oracle database, preferably with OCM certification and higher foreign language skills. Earlier, the bank had contacted a number of headhunting companies, but has not been able to find a satisfactory candidate. Through a referral from a client we had previously served, the company contacted GAOHR. After in-depth communication, we soon reached a headhunting cooperation agreement.

OCM itself is the top-level certification of Oracle database. At present, less than 1,000 people in the world have passed the certification. Due to the technical difficulties, high test costs and the lack of test sites in Chinese mainland, there are only 20 such talents in China who have passed the certification. After identifying the target, we sprung into action. Within 15 days, we found 3 candidates with OCM certification through our search channels and resources of senior talent pool. After 4 rounds of interviews, a talent who was well matched with the client’s requirements in all aspects of ability, experience, foreign language and salary was identified and successfully signed with the client. At the same time, the client was very satisfied with our technical expertise and the reserve of senior scarce talents, and have established a long-term cooperative relationship with us. So far, we have been cooperated with each other very happily.
